Commander Davis is a Monarch Solutions Security officer that worked under Martin Hatch.[2] During the events of October 2016, he worked with Hatch to sabotage Paul Serene's Chronon treatment in Henry Kim's Lab.

"Deception"[]
Following Jack Joyce's attack on the Monarch Gala on Gull Island and the kidnapping of Sofia Amaral[3], Davis guarded and kept watch over Martin Hatch while the island was one lockdown.[2] When Charlie Wincott was able to escape Liam Burke and Fiona Miller, he returned to the gala venue where Davis was guarding Hatch. Davis allowed Charlie entrance when he reported he was there to see Hatch.
Shortly after his meeting with Charlie, Hatch orders Davis to head for Henry Kim's lab and prepare for the next stage of his sabotage plan. Davis and his team set explosives up in Dr. Kim's laboratory. When Hatch plants fingerprint evidence against Dr. Amaral, Davis and his men are in the process of finalizing the set up.
Hatch entered the lab, he overheard the audio book for Adventures in Flesh that was triggered by Jack Joyce.[3] When he asked what it was, Davis remained uncertain and explained that the audio was playing when they entered the lab.
Davis and his team are killed or severely injured in the explosion Hatch triggered following his departure from the lab. When Commander Pierce and his team arrived on the scene, Davis was the only survivor found severely burned and bloodied from the explosion.
