Monarch Security[1] are a heavily armed security force employed by Monarch Solutions to prevent Jack Joyce and Beth Wilder from restoring time prior to its collapse. Monarch Security forces are divided into several different classes.
Gameplay[]
Although most Monarch security forces freeze during Stutters, some specialized operatives seem to possess technology that allows them to act outside of the stutters in time.[2]
