Lance Reddick was a American actor and musician. He provides the motion capture and voice performance for Martin Hatch in Quantum Break and is a central character in the television series.[2][3]

Biography[]

Born June 6, 1962 in Baltimore, Maryland[1], Lance attended Friends School of Baltimore and graduated in 1980. During his teens, he studied music at the Peabody Preparatory Institute and a summer program teaching music theory and composition at The Walden School.[4]

Lance attended Eastman School of Music at the University of Rochester and later moved to Boston during the 1980s. In 1991, he attended the Yale School of Drama.[5]

Lance Reddick is best known for his work in the HBO dramas, The Wire as Cedric Daniels and Detective Johnny Basil in OZ. He also starred in J.J. Abrams produced series Fringe as Phillip Broyles and Matthew Abaddon during the fifth season of LOST.
