SUBJECT: MARTIN HATCH
Martin Hatch has been detained, and his authority over Monarch Solutions and its employees, along with his security clearance, has been rescinded. I want a full security team watching him at all times.
He is not to be given access to any computer systems or communications. Don’t talk to him, and don’t allow him to talk to anybody. Lock him down and keep him locked down. If he attempts to escape, shoot to kill.
I’ll deal with him when I’m done with the present crisis.
